Complete Order
To Complete An Order,
- Log In: Access your seller dashboard.
- Navigate to Orders: Click on the “Orders” section on the left side.
- View Order Details:
- Click the “Detail” button next to the received order.
- A new detailed page will open where you can view the buyer’s email, phone number, address, and contact information.
- Update Shipment:
- On the top right of the detailed page, click on “Update Shipment.”
- Enter the following details:
- Shipment Provider Name
- Tracking ID
- Tracking URL
- Tracking Number
- Description
- Update the shipment status.
- Click “Submit.”
- Monitor and Update:
- Regularly update the shipment status to boost your profile, keep the client informed, and attract positive reviews, which can help in selling more.
