Login

Navigate to the SeedsWild

  • Click on Login: Click on the “Login” option at the top right corner of the website.
  • Method 1: Google Login:
    • If you signed up using your Google account, click on the Google login option.
    • Follow the prompts to quickly access your account.
  • Method 2: Email and Password:
    • Enter your email address and password.
    • Click “Log In” to access your admin dashboard.

 

You will find yourself on the SeedsWild seller’s dashboard.

Note: If you dont have a SeedsWild Seller Account please Signup and create your shop first

Register as Seller

  • Access the SeedsWild Sign-up Page
  • Choose Your Sign Up Method
    • Method 1: Using Email and Password
      •  Enter your email address and password
      • Confirm your password and click Sign Up.
      • SeedsWild will send you a link on your account.
      • Open the link and hit confirm.
      • Your account will be created
      • Login to your account.

 

This will take you to the SeedsWild seller form.

Seller Form

After you sign up as a new seller, you will need to complete the vendor form. To complete the vendor form, you need to:

  • Upload Logo: Upload the logo for your shop.
  • Upload Cover Photo: Upload your cover photo.
  • Shop Name: Enter your shop name.
  • Business Registration Number: Enter your business registration number.
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT) Number: Enter your VAT number.
  • VAT Rate (%): Enter your VAT rate according to your country and laws.
  • Designation: Enter your designation (e.g., Owner, CTO, CFO).
  • Tagline: Enter a tagline for your shop (e.g., “Your One-Stop Seeds Shop”).
  • Short Description: Enter a short description of your shop.
  • Company Email: Enter your company email address.
  • Shop/Warehouse Contact Number: Enter your shop or warehouse contact number.
  • Shop/Warehouse Address: Enter your shop or warehouse address.
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code for your shop or warehouse location.
  • City and State: Enter the city and state where your shop or warehouse is located.
  • Country: Select your shop’s country from the drop-down menu.
  • Social Media Links: Add links to your social media profiles:
    •  Website
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
  • Certifications: Upload any relevant certifications in Plants/Seeds/Environment (PDF only). This is important to boost your seller account.

 

Once you hit submit, congratulations! You will have successfully created a seller account on SeedsWild. Now you will see your SeedsWild seller dashboard

Logout

In order to Logout from your seller account

  • Log Out method 1
    • Access the Dashboard: Navigate to your seller dashboard.
    • Profile Picture: Click on your profile picture at the top right of your profile.
    • Logout Option: You will see options for “Account,” “Wallet,” “Settings,” and “Logout.”
    • Click Logout: Select “Logout” to sign out of your account.

    • Find Logout Option: Click on the “Logout” option located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
    • Confirm Logout: You will be logged out of your account.

Change Language

To change the language of website

 

  • Go to SeedsWild: Go to the SeedsWild.
  • Access the Language Menu:
  • Click on the popup icon located on the top, center of your screen.
  • Select Language:
  • From the popup menu, choose your preferred language.

Products

Update Product

Update Product (Note: Only If listing is in Draft Status)

1 Update Product Quantity:
• Go to the “Products” section in your seller dashboard.
• Select the product you want to update.
• Adjust the quantity in the provided field and save the changes.
2. Update SKU:
• In the “Products” section, choose the product.
• Locate the SKU field and enter the new SKU code.
• Save the changes.
3. Update Explanation:

• Select the product and find the description or explanation field.
• Update the product description as needed.
• Save the changes.
4. Applied Status:

• In the “Products” section, check the listing status of each product.
• Ensure the status is updated to “Applied” if you’ve made changes and want them reviewed.
5. Update Thumbnail:

• Choose the product from your list.
• Click on the option to update or upload a new thumbnail image.
• Upload the new image and save the changes.6. Tips for Better Photos:
• Lighting: Use natural light or soft, diffused lighting to avoid harsh shadows.
• Background: Use a clean, uncluttered background to make the product stand out.
• Angles: Take photos from multiple angles to show all features.
• Focus: Ensure the product is in sharp focus and details are clear.
7. Add Video Link:
• Go to the product detail page.
• Find the field for adding a video link.
• Paste the URL of the video that showcases the product.
8. Video Tips:
• Quality: Use high-resolution video for clear visuals.
• Content: Highlight key features, demonstrate use, and show the product in action.
• Length: Keep videos concise and to the point, ideally under 2 minutes.
9. Seller Dashboard:
• Access your seller dashboard from the top right of the SeedsWild website.
• Use it to manage your products, orders, and other settings.

Add Products

Inventory Filters

In Order to Search Product Using Filters on Seller Dashboard

  • Log In: Access your SeedsWild dashboard.
  • Navigate to Products Menu: Click on the products menu to see all your products.
  • Filter by Category: Click on the “Category” option to filter products by their category.
  • Filter by Listing Status: Click on the “Listing Status” option to filter products based on their listing status.
  • Search by Title:
  • Click on the “Title” option.
  • Enter the title of the product you’re searching for.
  • Click “Search.”
  • Filter by SKU:
  • Enter the SKU number of the product.
  • Click the “Search” button.
  • Remove Filters:
  • Click the “Reset” button next to the search option to clear all filters.

Orders

To Check your Orders or Orders History

  • Log In: Access your seller dashboard.
  • Navigate to Orders: Click on the “Orders” section on the left side of the dashboard.
  • View Orders: You’ll see a list of your orders. Click on any order to view its details.

Complete Order

To Complete An Order,

  • Log In: Access your seller dashboard.
  • Navigate to Orders: Click on the “Orders” section on the left side.
  • View Order Details:
  • Click the “Detail” button next to the received order.
  • A new detailed page will open where you can view the buyer’s email, phone number, address, and contact information.
  • Update Shipment:
  • On the top right of the detailed page, click on “Update Shipment.”
  • Enter the following details:
    • Shipment Provider Name
    • Tracking ID
    • Tracking URL
    • Tracking Number
    • Description
  • Update the shipment status.
  • Click “Submit.”
  • Monitor and Update:
  • Regularly update the shipment status to boost your profile, keep the client informed, and attract positive reviews, which can help in selling more.

Payments

Get detailed insights into managing your payments, understanding.. transaction processes, and tracking your earnings with accuracy.

Setup Payout Method

Steps to Set Up Your Payout Method on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    •     Access your SeedsWild seller account by logging in.

 

  1. Navigate to Payout Methods:
    •    Click on “Payout Methods” on the left side of your screen.

 

  1. Connect Wallet Setup:
    •  Click on “Visit Connect” to set up your Connect wallet.
  •    Stripe Account Setup:
    •      You will need to set up your Stripe account.
    •      On the Stripe screen, you can view your available balance and pending wallet.
  •    Transaction History:
    •    Click on “Transactions” in the top right corner to view transfer and withdrawal options.
    •    Here, you can see statements with details like amount, currency, description, date, and status.
  •    Connect Wallet:
    •    To complete the setup, click on “Visit Connect Account” and then “Visit Connect Wallet” to finish the Stripe wallet procedure. Your account will then be connected to the SeedsWild platform.

 

  1. PayPal Account Setup:
    •    On your seller dashboard, click on “Payout Methods” on the left side.
    •    Click on “Link PayPal” in the top right corner.
    •    Enter the account holder’s name and email, then submit. The SeedsWild team will verify and connect your account automatically.

 

  1. Bank Account Setup:
    •   Click on “Link Bank Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
    •   Enter the account holder’s name, choose the account type (personal or business), enter the bank name and IBAN, select the currency and hit submit. The admin will verify and connect your bank account to SeedsWild.

Check Wallet

Steps to Check Your Wallet on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    •    Access your SeedsWild seller account by logging in.

 

  1. Navigate to Wallet Section:
    •    Go to your dashboard.
    •    Find and click on the “Wallet” section on the left side.

 

  1. View Balances:
    •    Available Balance: Shows your current funds.
    •    Pending Balance: Amounts yet to be credited.
    •    Outstanding Charges: Amounts to be deducted by SeedsWild.

 

  1. View Details of Outstanding Charges:
    •    Click on “View” under the Outstanding section to see detailed information, including:
    •     Product ID
    •     Content (reason provided by SeedsWild)
    •     Amount pending
    •     Type (reason behind the charge)
    •     Status (initialized, pending, or paid)
    •     Date created

 

  1. Use Filters to Search Charges:
    •    Charge Type Filter: Allows you to search for specific types of charges like:
    •      Product Listing Fee
    •      Transaction Fee
    •      Payment Processing Fee
    •      Deposit Fee
    •      Currency Conversion Fee
    •      VAT on Processing Fee
    •      VAT on Seller Services
    •    Status Type Filter: Allows you to view charges based on their status (initialized, pending, or paid).

 

  1. Apply and Reset Filters:
    •   After selecting the desired filters, click “Search” to view filtered results.
    •  To remove filters, click “Reset” next to the search button.

Withdrawl

Steps for Withdrawal on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    • Access your SeedsWild seller account and navigate to your dashboard.

 

  1. Ensure Account Connectivity:
    • Ensure that your account is connected to a bank account, PayPal, or another available wallet.

 

  1. Navigate to Withdrawals:
    • Click on the “Withdrawals” button on the left side of your dashboard.
    • Here, you can view your withdrawal requests.

 

  1. Use Filters:
    • Status Filter: Search for specific types of withdrawal requests (pending, requested, or canceled).
    • Withdrawal Method Filter: Choose between bank, PayPal, or Connect wallet. Click “Search” to view filtered results.

 

  1. View Connect Wallet Stats:
    • Click on “Connect” in the top right corner to see details about your Connect wallet, including:
    • Transfers: Amount, currency, description, date created, and status.
    • Withdrawals: Amounts, currency, failure status, transaction type, status, date created, and arrival date.

 

  1. Request a Withdrawal:
    •  On the Withdrawals page, click “Request” in the top right corner.
    •  On the right side of the page, view your pending balance (yet to be credited) and available balance (amount you can withdraw).
    •  Enter the withdrawal amount and select the withdrawal method (bank, Connect wallet, or PayPal).
    •  Click “Submit.” Once approved by the SeedsWild team, the amount will be transferred to your account.

 


 

Note:

    • Payouts using  Bank and PayPal are processed directly by SeedsWild.
    • Connect payouts are processed by Stripe. Once your Connect request is approved, you can track these requests in a separate section. Before initiating a withdrawal, transfer your funds to your connected account. Your funds will then be processed to your linked bank or card.
    • You can view your withdrawal history in the “Withdrawal Records” tab.

Account Management

Update Shop Details

In order to update your shop details. Once logged-in to your SeedsWild seller profile, navigate to the seller dashboard please perform the following the steps.

 

  • Go to Settings: Click on “Settings” at the bottom left of your dashboard.

 

  • Click Shop Update: Select “Shop Update.”

 

  • Update Details: Modify your shop details as needed.

 

  • Submit: Click “Submit” to save your changes.

Update Seller Profile

Update Personal Profile

In order to update your Personal Profile.

  • Navigate to Seller Dashboard: Login to your account and go to the SeedsWild seller dashboard.
  • Access Settings: Click on “Settings” at the bottom left to reach the profile update page.
  • Update Profile:
    • Profile Picture: Click “Choose Profile” to upload a picture.
    • Personal Details: Enter your first name and last name.
    • Address: Select your country, and enter your state, city, and postal code.
    • Phone Number: Add your phone number to complete your profile.
  • Submit: Click “Submit” to finalize and save your updated profile.

Passwords

Add Proucts (using dashboard)

To add products using SeedsWild dashboard.

  • Login to Your Account: Access your seller account and navigate to the “Products” section on the left-hand side.
  • Click on “Add Product”: This is located at the top right corner of the products section.
  • Enter Product Details:
  • SKU ID: Enter a unique identifier for the product.
  • Title: Enter the title of the seed.
  • Name in Your Language: Provide the name of the seed in your language.
  • Other Names: List any other names the seed may have.
  • Quantity: Set the initial quantity of the product. You can update this later.
  • Price: Set a price for the product.
  • Discount Percentage: Optionally add a discount percentage, especially useful for new shops.
  • Shipment Method: Select “Seller Managed Shipment Process.”
  • Shipping Cost: Add a shipping cost. If you don’t specify a shipping cost, it will be considered as FREE SHIPMENT.
  • Add Descriptions:
  • Short Description: Provide a brief description of the product.
  • Detailed Description: Add a more comprehensive description.
  • Package Details:
  • Height (inches): Enter the height of the package.
  • Width (inches): Enter the width of the package.
  • Length (inches): Enter the length of the package.
  • Weight (grams): Enter the weight of the package in grams.
  • Fragile Option: Check this box if the package is fragile.
  • Organic Option: Check this box if the product is organic.
  • Add Visuals:
  • Thumbnail: Upload an image of the seed or the plant it grows into.
  • Video Link: Add a video link if available.
  • Select Category and Tags:
  • Category: Choose the relevant category for the product.
  • Tags: Select relevant tags for better discoverability.
  • Auto Apply Listing:
  • Check Auto Apply Listing: If you want the product to be automatically listed without manual approval.
  • Review and Update:
  • If your product is not ready or requires updates, ensure to update the product details before applying for listing, as changes cannot be made once the listing is live.

    • Check the status of your current active orders.

    • Track the status of each order, including pending, shipped, and delivered.
  • Account Settings
    • Access and update your account information.
  • AI-Enabled Virtual Garden

After you sign up as a new seller, you will need to complete the vendor form. To complete the vendor form, you need to:

  • Upload Logo: Upload the logo for your shop.
  • Upload Cover Photo: Upload your cover photo.
  • Shop Name: Enter your shop name.
  • Business Registration Number: Enter your business registration number.
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT) Number: Enter your VAT number.
  • VAT Rate (%): Enter your VAT rate according to your country and laws.
  • Designation: Enter your designation (e.g., Owner, CTO, CFO).
  • Tagline: Enter a tagline for your shop (e.g., “Your One-Stop Seeds Shop”).
  • Short Description: Enter a short description of your shop.
  • Company Email: Enter your company email address.
  • Shop/Warehouse Contact Number: Enter your shop or warehouse contact number.
  • Shop/Warehouse Address: Enter your shop or warehouse address.
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code for your shop or warehouse location.
  • City and State: Enter the city and state where your shop or warehouse is located.
  • Country: Select your shop’s country from the drop-down menu.
  • Social Media Links: Add links to your social media profiles:
    •  Website
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
  • Certifications: Upload any relevant certifications in Plants/Seeds/Environment (PDF only). This is important to boost your seller account.

 

Once you hit submit, congratulations! You will have successfully created a seller account on SeedsWild. Now you will see your SeedsWild seller dashboard

    1. Click on Import with .csv: This option allows you to upload products in bulk using a CSV file.
    2. Download Sample: Click on “Download Sample” on the top right to view the required format for your CSV file.
    3. Choose File: Click “Choose File” and select your CSV file from your system.
  • Upload File: Follow any additional prompts to complete the import process.

    •    Click on “Transactions” in the top right corner to view transfer and withdrawal options.
    •    Here, you can see statements with details like amount, currency, description, date, and status.
  •    Connect Wallet:
    •    To complete the setup, click on “Visit Connect Account” and then “Visit Connect Wallet” to finish the Stripe wallet procedure. Your account will then be connected to the SeedsWild platform.

 

  1. PayPal Account Setup:
    •    On your seller dashboard, click on “Payout Methods” on the left side.
    •    Click on “Link PayPal” in the top right corner.
    •    Enter the account holder’s name and email, then submit. The SeedsWild team will verify and connect your account automatically.

 

  1. Bank Account Setup:
    •   Click on “Link Bank Account” in the top right corner of your screen.
    •   Enter the account holder’s name, choose the account type (personal or business), enter the bank name and IBAN, select the currency and hit submit. The admin will verify and connect your bank account to SeedsWild.

  • Access the SeedsWild Sign-up Page

Adding Plants

In order to use virtual garden, you need to perform the following steps,

 

  • Log In
    • Ensure you are logged in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  • Access the Virtual Garden
    • Go to your dashboard and click on “Plants” to add a plant to your virtual garden.
    • Initially, your virtual garden might appear empty, indicating no plants added yet.
  • Add a Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” button on the right side of your dashboard to add a plant.
  • Fill Out the Plant Form
    You will see a form that needs to be filled out with the following details:

    • Upload Image: Upload an image of your plant or seedling.
    • Plant Name: Add the name of your plant.
    • Local Name: Add the local name or the name in your language.
    • Seed Name: Enter the seed name of the plant.
    • Other Names: Include other names the plant is known by.
    • Description: Add a short description of your plant.
    • Category: Choose the appropriate category for your plant.
    • Location: Add the latitude and longitude of your plant’s location.
  • Submit the Form
    • Click “Submit” after filling out the form.
  • View Plant Details
    After submission, you can view the following details:

    • Weather of your plant’s location
    • Category
    • Image of the plant
    • Planted date
    • AI Connection Status (whether it’s connected to SeedsWild AI or not)
  • Additional Information
    If your plant is connected to SeedsWild AI, you will receive alerts and cultivation tips.
    Your plant will be shown on a map at the bottom left, beneath the weather information.
    If not connected to AI immediately, the admins will connect it within a week.

Virtual Garden Status

To Check Your Virtual Garden Plant Status at SeedsWild:

  1. Log In
    Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  2. Access Plant Options
    Click on the “Plant” option in your dashboard.
  3. View Plant Status
    Here, you can see the status of your plants in the virtual garden. If the status is “Pending,” it means the AI is not yet connected. The SeedsWild team will add the AI connection within one week of the plant being added.

Update Plants

In order to update your plant information in seedswild virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  • Go to Your Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild buyer dashboard.
  • Select Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” option.
    • Select the plant you want to update.
  • Scroll Down
    • Scroll down on the left-hand side of your page.
  • Find the Update Button
    • Beneath the location on the map, you will see the “Update” button.
  • Update Plant Details
    • Click on “Update” to edit the necessary details.
    • Make the required changes.
  • Submit
    • Click “Submit” to save your updates.

Delete Plant

To delete a plant you have added to your virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild seller account.
  • Go to Your Seller Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild seller dashboard.

  • Select the Plant to Delete
    • Choose the plant you want to delete by clicking on it.

• Go to the “Products” section in your seller dashboard.
• Select the product you want to update.
• Adjust the quantity in the provided field and save the changes.
2. Update SKU:

• Locate the SKU field and enter the new SKU code.
• Save the changes.
3. Update Explanation:

• Select the product and find the description or explanation field.
• Update the product description as needed.

Add Proucts (using dashboard)

To add products using SeedsWild dashboard.

  • Login to Your Account: Access your seller account and navigate to the “Products” section on the left-hand side.
  • Click on “Add Product”: This is located at the top right corner of the products section.
  • Enter Product Details:
  • SKU ID: Enter a unique identifier for the product.
  • Title: Enter the title of the seed.
  • Name in Your Language: Provide the name of the seed in your language.
  • Other Names: List any other names the seed may have.
  • Quantity: Set the initial quantity of the product. You can update this later.
  • Price: Set a price for the product.
  • Discount Percentage: Optionally add a discount percentage, especially useful for new shops.
  • Shipment Method: Select “Seller Managed Shipment Process.”
  • Shipping Cost: Add a shipping cost. If you don’t specify a shipping cost, it will be considered as FREE SHIPMENT.
  • Add Descriptions:
  • Short Description: Provide a brief description of the product.
  • Detailed Description: Add a more comprehensive description.
  • Package Details:
  • Height (inches): Enter the height of the package.
  • Width (inches): Enter the width of the package.
  • Length (inches): Enter the length of the package.
  • Weight (grams): Enter the weight of the package in grams.
  • Fragile Option: Check this box if the package is fragile.
  • Organic Option: Check this box if the product is organic.
  • Add Visuals:
  • Thumbnail: Upload an image of the seed or the plant it grows into.
  • Video Link: Add a video link if available.
  • Select Category and Tags:
  • Category: Choose the relevant category for the product.
  • Tags: Select relevant tags for better discoverability.
  • Auto Apply Listing:
  • Check Auto Apply Listing: If you want the product to be automatically listed without manual approval.
  • Review and Update:
  • If your product is not ready or requires updates, ensure to update the product details before applying for listing, as changes cannot be made once the listing is live.

Add Products (using csv)

In order to add your products using csv,

  • Login to Your Account: Access your seller dashboard.
  • Navigate to Products Section: Click on the “Products” section on the left side of your admin dashboard.
  • Import Products:
  • CSV Method:
    1. Click on Import with .csv: This option allows you to upload products in bulk using a CSV file.
    2. Download Sample: Click on “Download Sample” on the top right to view the required format for your CSV file.
    3. Choose File: Click “Choose File” and select your CSV file from your system.
  • Upload File: Follow any additional prompts to complete the import process.

Listing

Setting Up Your Password

  • Business Registration Number: Enter your business registration number.
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT) Number: Enter your VAT number.
  • VAT Rate (%): Enter your VAT rate according to your country and laws.
  • Designation: Enter your designation (e.g., Owner, CTO, CFO).
  • Tagline: Enter a tagline for your shop (e.g., “Your One-Stop Seeds Shop”).
  • Short Description: Enter a short description of your shop.
  • Company Email: Enter your company email address.
  • Shop/Warehouse Contact Number: Enter your shop or warehouse contact number.
  • Shop/Warehouse Address: Enter your shop or warehouse address.
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code for your shop or warehouse location.
  • City and State: Enter the city and state where your shop or warehouse is located.
  • Country: Select your shop’s country from the drop-down menu.
  • Social Media Links: Add links to your social media profiles:

  • Certifications: Upload any relevant certifications in Plants/Seeds/Environment (PDF only). This is important to boost your seller account.

Adding Plants

In order to use virtual garden, you need to perform the following steps,

 

  • Log In
    • Ensure you are logged in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  • Access the Virtual Garden
    • Go to your dashboard and click on “Plants” to add a plant to your virtual garden.
    • Initially, your virtual garden might appear empty, indicating no plants added yet.
  • Add a Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” button on the right side of your dashboard to add a plant.
  • Fill Out the Plant Form
    You will see a form that needs to be filled out with the following details:

    • Upload Image: Upload an image of your plant or seedling.
    • Plant Name: Add the name of your plant.
    • Local Name: Add the local name or the name in your language.
    • Seed Name: Enter the seed name of the plant.
    • Other Names: Include other names the plant is known by.
    • Description: Add a short description of your plant.
    • Category: Choose the appropriate category for your plant.
    • Location: Add the latitude and longitude of your plant’s location.
  • Submit the Form
    • Click “Submit” after filling out the form.
  • View Plant Details
    After submission, you can view the following details:

    • Weather of your plant’s location
    • Category
    • Image of the plant
    • Planted date
    • AI Connection Status (whether it’s connected to SeedsWild AI or not)
  • Additional Information
    If your plant is connected to SeedsWild AI, you will receive alerts and cultivation tips.
    Your plant will be shown on a map at the bottom left, beneath the weather information.
    If not connected to AI immediately, the admins will connect it within a week.

Virtual Garden Status

To Check Your Virtual Garden Plant Status at SeedsWild:

  1. Log In
    Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  2. Access Plant Options
    Click on the “Plant” option in your dashboard.
  3. View Plant Status
    Here, you can see the status of your plants in the virtual garden. If the status is “Pending,” it means the AI is not yet connected. The SeedsWild team will add the AI connection within one week of the plant being added.

Update Plants

In order to update your plant information in seedswild virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  • Go to Your Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild buyer dashboard.
  • Select Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” option.
    • Select the plant you want to update.
  • Scroll Down
    • Scroll down on the left-hand side of your page.
  • Find the Update Button
    • Beneath the location on the map, you will see the “Update” button.
  • Update Plant Details
    • Click on “Update” to edit the necessary details.

Delete Plant

To delete a plant you have added to your virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild seller account.
  • Go to Your Seller Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild seller dashboard.

  • Select the Plant to Delete
    • Choose the plant you want to delete by clicking on it.
  • Scroll Down
    • Scroll down a little on the left side of the screen.

    • Scroll down a bit more to find the “Delete” option.
    • Click on “Delete” to delete the plant.

Steps for Withdrawal on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    • Access your SeedsWild seller account and navigate to your dashboard.

 

  1. Ensure Account Connectivity:
    • Ensure that your account is connected to a bank account, PayPal, or another available wallet.

 

  1. Navigate to Withdrawals:
    • Click on the “Withdrawals” button on the left side of your dashboard.
    • Here, you can view your withdrawal requests.

 

  1. Use Filters:
    • Status Filter: Search for specific types of withdrawal requests (pending, requested, or canceled).
    • Withdrawal Method Filter: Choose between bank, PayPal, or Connect wallet. Click “Search” to view filtered results.

 

  1. View Connect Wallet Stats:
    • Click on “Connect” in the top right corner to see details about your Connect wallet, including:
    • Transfers: Amount, currency, description, date created, and status.
    • Withdrawals: Amounts, currency, failure status, transaction type, status, date created, and arrival date.

 

  1. Request a Withdrawal:
    •  On the Withdrawals page, click “Request” in the top right corner.
    •  On the right side of the page, view your pending balance (yet to be credited) and available balance (amount you can withdraw).
    •  Enter the withdrawal amount and select the withdrawal method (bank, Connect wallet, or PayPal).
    •  Click “Submit.” Once approved by the SeedsWild team, the amount will be transferred to your account.

 


 

Note:

    • Payouts using  Bank and PayPal are processed directly by SeedsWild.
    • Connect payouts are processed by Stripe. Once your Connect request is approved, you can track these requests in a separate section. Before initiating a withdrawal, transfer your funds to your connected account. Your funds will then be processed to your linked bank or card.
    • You can view your withdrawal history in the “Withdrawal Records” tab.

Setup Payout Method

Steps to Set Up Your Payout Method on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    •     Access your SeedsWild seller account by logging in.

 

  1. Navigate to Payout Methods:
    •    Click on “Payout Methods” on the left side of your screen.

 

  1. Connect Wallet Setup:
    •  Click on “Visit Connect” to set up your Connect wallet.
  •    Stripe Account Setup:
    •      You will need to set up your Stripe account.
    •      On the Stripe screen, you can view your available balance and pending wallet.
  •    Transaction History:
    •    Click on “Transactions” in the top right corner to view transfer and withdrawal options.
    •    Here, you can see statements with details like amount, currency, description, date, and status.
  •    Connect Wallet:
    •    To complete the setup, click on “Visit Connect Account” and then “Visit Connect Wallet” to finish the Stripe wallet procedure. Your account will then be connected to the SeedsWild platform.

 

  1. PayPal Account Setup:
    •    On your seller dashboard, click on “Payout Methods” on the left side.
    •    Click on “Link PayPal” in the top right corner.

Steps for Withdrawal on SeedsWild:

 

  1. Log In:
    • Access your SeedsWild seller account and navigate to your dashboard.

    • Ensure that your account is connected to a bank account, PayPal, or another available wallet.

 

  1. Navigate to Withdrawals:
    • Click on the “Withdrawals” button on the left side of your dashboard.
    • Here, you can view your withdrawal requests.

    • Status Filter: Search for specific types of withdrawal requests (pending, requested, or canceled).
    • Withdrawal Method Filter: Choose between bank, PayPal, or Connect wallet. Click “Search” to view filtered results.

 

  1. View Connect Wallet Stats:
    • Click on “Connect” in the top right corner to see details about your Connect wallet, including:
    • Transfers: Amount, currency, description, date created, and status.
    • Withdrawals: Amounts, currency, failure status, transaction type, status, date created, and arrival date.

 

  1. Request a Withdrawal:
    •  On the Withdrawals page, click “Request” in the top right corner.
    •  On the right side of the page, view your pending balance (yet to be credited) and available balance (amount you can withdraw).
    •  Enter the withdrawal amount and select the withdrawal method (bank, Connect wallet, or PayPal).
    •  Click “Submit.” Once approved by the SeedsWild team, the amount will be transferred to your account.

 


 

Note:

    • Payouts using  Bank and PayPal are processed directly by SeedsWild.
    • Connect payouts are processed by Stripe. Once your Connect request is approved, you can track these requests in a separate section. Before initiating a withdrawal, transfer your funds to your connected account. Your funds will then be processed to your linked bank or card.
    • You can view your withdrawal history in the “Withdrawal Records” tab.

  • SKU ID: Enter a unique identifier for the product.
  • Title: Enter the title of the seed.

  • Quantity: Set the initial quantity of the product. You can update this later.
  • Price: Set a price for the product.
  • Discount Percentage: Optionally add a discount percentage, especially useful for new shops.

  • Shipping Cost: Add a shipping cost. If you don’t specify a shipping cost, it will be considered as FREE SHIPMENT.
  • Add Descriptions:

In order to apply for listing follow the steps

  • Access Products Menu: Go to the products menu on the left side of your seller dashboard.
  • Check Product Status: Look for the tag below each product to see if it’s in draft state.
  • Edit Draft Products: Click on the product with the draft tag.
  • View Listing and AI Section: Scroll to find the listing and AI section.
  • Agree and Apply: Click on “View Listing,” check the box for agreement, and click “Apply Now.”

    • Go to your dashboard and click on “Plants” to add a plant to your virtual garden.
    • Initially, your virtual garden might appear empty, indicating no plants added yet.
  • Add a Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” button on the right side of your dashboard to add a plant.
  • Fill Out the Plant Form
    You will see a form that needs to be filled out with the following details:

    • Upload Image: Upload an image of your plant or seedling.
    • Plant Name: Add the name of your plant.
    • Local Name: Add the local name or the name in your language.
    • Seed Name: Enter the seed name of the plant.
    • Other Names: Include other names the plant is known by.
    • Description: Add a short description of your plant.
    • Category: Choose the appropriate category for your plant.
    • Location: Add the latitude and longitude of your plant’s location.
  • Submit the Form
    • Click “Submit” after filling out the form.
  • View Plant Details
    After submission, you can view the following details:

    • Weather of your plant’s location

    If your plant is connected to SeedsWild AI, you will receive alerts and cultivation tips.
    Your plant will be shown on a map at the bottom left, beneath the weather information.
    If not connected to AI immediately, the admins will connect it within a week.

Virtual Garden Status

To Check Your Virtual Garden Plant Status at SeedsWild:

  1. Log In
    Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  2. Access Plant Options
    Click on the “Plant” option in your dashboard.
  3. View Plant Status
    Here, you can see the status of your plants in the virtual garden. If the status is “Pending,” it means the AI is not yet connected. The SeedsWild team will add the AI connection within one week of the plant being added.

Update Plants

In order to update your plant information in seedswild virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild buyer account.
  • Go to Your Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild buyer dashboard.
  • Select Plant
    • Click on the “Plant” option.
    • Select the plant you want to update.
  • Scroll Down
    • Scroll down on the left-hand side of your page.
  • Find the Update Button
    • Beneath the location on the map, you will see the “Update” button.
  • Update Plant Details
    • Click on “Update” to edit the necessary details.
    • Make the required changes.
  • Submit
    • Click “Submit” to save your updates.

Delete Plant

To delete a plant you have added to your virtual garden,

  • Log In
    • Log in to your SeedsWild seller account.
  • Go to Your Seller Dashboard
    • Navigate to your SeedsWild seller dashboard.
  • Access Plant Options
    • Click on the “Plant” option.
  • Select the Plant to Delete
    • Choose the plant you want to delete by clicking on it.
  • Scroll Down
    • Scroll down a little on the left side of the screen.
  • Update Plant
    • Click on the “Update” option beneath the map.
  • Delete Plant
    • Scroll down a bit more to find the “Delete” option.
    • Click on “Delete” to delete the plant.
  • Submit
    • Click “Submit” to confirm and the plant will be deleted.
